This tour will give you an overall impression of the most significant sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse we show you numerous magnificant buildings, such as the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district, the Museums Quarter, the former Habsburg winter residence, the Hofburg, Parliament, City Hall and the Burgtheater.

The highlight of this tour will be a visit of the showrooms of Schönbrunn Palace. In this former summer residence of the Habsburg family lived, for example, Maria Theresia. On the way back to the opera we pass by the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen. Here you can get off and walk for ten minutes to the city center. Or, free of charge, you can transfer with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus back to the Opera house.

This half-day excursion will show you the most beautiful sights of the southern part of Vienna Woods. Passing the Roman city of Baden, famous for its thermal springs, we drive through the romantic valley of Helenental to the former Mayerling hunting lodge, today a commemorative chapel where Crown Prince Rudolph and Baronesse Vetsera died tragically in 1889.

In the mornings we visit the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz (1133) with it medieval cloister and grave of last the Babenberger. In the afternoons we visit the amazing life-size figures Koryphäum. We then pass the Höldrichsmühle and arrive at the Seegrotte. After a boatride on the largest subterranean lake in Europe you leave the Vienna Woods and return to Vienna, finishing at the Opera House.

A full-day excursion, which will show you the beauty of the Wachau. Through this romantic scenery full of history and legends the Danube winds its way past charming old villages and steep vineyards. The old castles tell us about the former importance of this trade and trafficway. One of them, Dürnstein, is especially famous because here King Richard Lionheart was imprisoned while waiting for his ransom to arrive from England, raised by his true minstrel Blondel.

During a romantic boat-trip the history comes alive. The heart of the Wachau is the old vine-merchants town Krems. To complete this day of highlights you will visit Melk, the "Cradle of Austria" , the magnificent Benedictine Abbey, a pearl of the Austrian baroque. In the winter we stop for lunch in the Abbey Restaurant at Melk. The tour finishes at the Opera House.

In Eisenstadt, we visit the Esterhazy Palace, once the residence of the Hungarian Princes, and many years the home of the composer Joseph Haydn.The castle?s magnificent ambience invites you to a fascinating journey into the world of the Esterhazy Princes. The castle staff slip into the role of the Grand Controller and receives visitors in courtley tradition. (Original filming location of an Austrian TV series "The King of Winegrowers"). After a short walk through the old town, we drive through the countryside of Lake Neusiedl, an area on the UNESCO list of world heritage sights. In Rust, the city of storks, you have the possibility for lunch accompanied by Gipsy Music. Enjoy an impressing boat cruise on Lake Neusiedl, which is Europe's largest steppe lake and a unique paradise for birds on the Austrian-Hungarian border. The tour ends at the Opera House.

On our way to Mozart's town of birth you become acquainted with the beautiful Salzkammergut landscape with it's mountains and it's numerous lakes, where the Emperor Franz Joseph and his family used to spend their holidays. Skirting the Lake Fuschl and Lake Wolfgang you reach Salzburg, where you will have time for lunch. The afternoon will be dedicated to a stroll through the old city, showing you the most important sights of the ols Bishop's Seat. We start the evening by driving along the Ringstrasse on our way to the Viennese amusement park, the Prater. A ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel will give you a marvellous view over the city. Then we drive through the Heurigen wine tavern village of Grinzing to Neustift am Walde, where members of the 1st Viennese Heurigenshow will entertain you. A good evening meal including ¼ liter of wine together with the unique atmosphere at the wine-tavern and you`ll certainly need nothing more to set you back into the 19th century. Price includes ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel, Heurigenshow with dinner and transfer back to your hotel.
